Execution
Execution starts with line out and demolition, proceeds with blockwork, plastering, plumbing, flooring, cladding, joinery, ceilings, paintings, and finishes. Subsquent stage would be de snagging and handover
Quality Check- Handover
Conduct a post-handover quality audit after 3 months by reviewing documentation, interviewing stakeholders, verifying outcomes, analyzing findings and implementing recommendations to ensure project meets standards and functions as expected.
